Description
Town Brewery was founded in 2017 with a simple goal in mind; to make better beer and build a stronger community. In addition to making quality liquids, we regularly collaborate with likeminded charities, bands and environmental groups on our Community Brews...donating a percentage of sales to a charity of their choice and giving the organizations a proper shout out on our social channels.
Our favourite beers tend to be modern pale ales and IPAs, but that won’t stop us from putting together more traditional lagers, or experimenting with sours. Our beers represent our passion for quality, our desire to be creative, and our openness to explore and experiment with brewing methods and recipes to bring beer drinkers a unique and unforgettable experience.
Our goal is to enhance the lives of everyone involved with our brewing process from grain to glass. We want to create good jobs for local people by producing beer made from quality ingredients, while being actively involved in local community projects and events. With a small but passionate staff, our aim is to strengthen the beer community around us.

On tap at Bar Lupulus, pours a cloudy bright orangey pinkish amber with a small beige head. Nose reveals a nice blend of raspberries and passionfruit upfront, with maybe a touch of lacto in back. Flavour is tart and fruity, with a nice blend of raspberries and passionfruit, plenty of citric notes, and what seems like a lacto base. Not a complex beer, and the fruiting seems to have imparted high acidity. Tasty but not complex.

Can. Hazy. Big head. On the nose, a mix of citrus and tropical notes. Full body, fluffy, sweet, I'd say low bitterness. A touch of acidity, and more citrusy notes. Lots of hop character even if I find that little jumps out specifically...I mean maybe grapefruit, orange. Good IPA.
