Batch 5 October 2016. Caged and corked 750ml bottle.

It pours a hazy dark yellow with oodles of foam, awesome sticky lacing.

The smell is of Brett, coriander, light cloves, hoppy..smells, overall, Very dry. Yummy aromas.

Brett is almost as strong in the taste as the smell. Coriander and clove here, big hop bitterness, finishes dry to the bone.

Lightish body, zesty carbonation. A true joy to sip on.

Bottle. Color: Golden, white head. Aroma: Brett, flowers, fruity. Taste: Very nice mix of moderate to medium sweet and sour. Brett yeast, giving that classical farm barnyard touch. Flowery notes, yellow fruit (peach, apple), citrus fruit (lemon, lime, orange). Complex, very well balanced, smooth. Over medium body, average carbonation. Refreshing, Delicious, top Saison.
