Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet biscuit and blood orange aromas. Full, yet soft with tart lime and grapefruit upfront turning to dry sourdough middle before a lasting pith finish... and then back to creamsicle.... nice

On tap at Garage Project 91 Aro. Pours pale orange and hazy. Lime zest, orange, big floral stuff, rosewater, minerals, light bread, sweet orange, some citric acidity. Beautiful.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is lime zest, agave, oak, citrus. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, boozy, light tartness, very good.

Bottle shared, 2015 vintage. Bit hazy golden with soft pink hue and big fizzy white head. Some tiny floaters. Lots of Brett, soft lemon, Rooibos, flowers, rosebuds, soft spicy yeast, bread crust, what I guess is hibiscus. Under medium sour and light sweet, with a lingering tannic bitterness throughout. Medium bodied with soft but fizzy carbonation. Quite dry. Very nice.

Shared from bottle at Maakun’s. Hazy copper/orange/pale amber with white head and active bubbles. Some happy little chunks dancing around in my glass. Floral up front, spices, herbes, grass, almond spice, rust, rooibos, licorice root. Light sweet and bitter. About medium body and soft carbonation. Feels light and thin, thoroughly but soft carbonated. --- Beer merged from original tick of Convivial Suaréz on 26 Dec 2017 at 11:09 - Score: 8. Original review text: 3.9

(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with big frothy white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of citrus, lemon, pineapple, grass, white bread, some oak wood and a light acidity. Fruity, spicy taste with grapefruit, lemon peel, white bread, grass, some spicy yeast, hay, a touch of wood and a slightly tart finish with a balanced citric/floral bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, refreshing, slightly spicy and in perfect balance. Excellent saison.
