330ml bottle. Pours a deep dark green (Fairy liquid!?) with a green head. Aroma of yuzu juice, lemon and lime, and something sort of herbal/savoury I'm guessing might be the seaweed? Taste is dominated by the yuzu, lovely tangy citrus lemon and lime flavours, slight savoury seaweed note I think, very salty, sour, no trace of alcohol. Despite appearing gimmicky this was actually excellent! And that bottle wax... it's got fucken googly eyes on it mate.

440ml can. Poured an unclear dark brown colour with a lasting frothy light tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, light resin. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter, with a light piney resin, roasty, earthy, warm, light boozy alcohol, liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A nice and obviously boozy BIPA, but the promised flavours seemed to be drowned out by the alcohol and were very subtle at best.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 12/02/23. Black with a tan cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, rum and raisin, mellow roast, oak. Taste comprises dried fruit rinds, burnt toffee, booze, barrel, spice, chocolate. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of booze. Decent old skool leaning impy stout ... not getting a lot of rum from the barrel but get the barrel vibe.

Bottle. Color: Black, very thin brown head. Aroma: Hazelnut, Nutella, sweetish. Taste: Roasted malt, overwhelming hazelnut, boozy hints, some coffee. Warming mouthfeel and slightly sticky at finish. Full body, below average carbonation. Medium sweet, light to moderate bitterness. For me personally it's too much Nutella-like. Ok but no topper.

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Black body with a thick beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of blackcurrant, blueberries and brown sugar. Flavour of tart berries, marmalade and brown bread. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. This is excellent - dark and bitter with a distinct hoppy edge.

Keg @ Tarturas Brewery, Leeds. Black-brown with a thinnish lightish-brown head. Has quite a gritty roasted malt character, which dominates so its vanilla influence is light. This also goes a fair way in hiding its low alcohol content. Slightly soapy-floral in design it has flavour but is not that flavoursome.

Can at home, 4th February 23. Pours not that hazy orange. Aroma is spice, light clove and citrus, not so much banana. Taste is yeasty, spice and clove. Not bad

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 23. Thanks Mike for this one. Pours dark, small tan head. Dark malt aroma. Soft palate, punchy strength, definitely quite dry with subtle spices at work. Fine overall.
