Keg at BD Soho, 20/10/22. Black with a good sized khaki head. Nose is tangy dried fruit rinds, cocoa powder, charr, mellow roast, toffee. Taste comprises fruit cake, raisins, chocolate, spice, roast malts, molasses, toffee, dates. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent.

250ml on tap at Message in a Bottle. Shared with Finn. Hazy orange coloured body, upper part lacing, dotted spots on the glass. Modest smell of yeasty fruits and some spices. Soapy hops to the taste profile, moments of yeast and fruit. Spiced fruity tail. Unbalanced, but quite drinkable. (Cleethorpes 15.10.2022).

A wonderfully coloured beer, deep dark green, black from some angles, with a short pale green coloured head. Palate is light and semi dry with a good fine minerally crispness. Thin malts, nicely sweet. An impressive savoury vibe from the seaweed and squid ink pairs very well with some salty and intense yuzu. Lime and tangerine and spice. Finishes light and dry and crisp. Splendid! By far the best thing I can recall from this brewery, well thought out and we'll delivered.
