Bottled (BB 02/2005)
Pale yellow, small white head. Aroma has corn, metal and hints of malt. Saaz and Hallertau hops are present in flavor but otherwise watery and oily mouthfeel. Some bitterness in the oily aftertaste. Clean but plain.

Dark brown with a nice head. Smooth toffee-aroma with notes of chocolate. Roasty, creamy toffee-flavour. Medium bitterness. A bit thin in the long run.

Blond color. Absolutely no aroma. Simple, dry mouthfeel, quite bitter final.

The aroma is sweet and nutty with notes of yeast and berries. The color is dark red and it has a beutiful though collapsing beige head. The flavor is sweet, malty, nutty, and woody with notes of berries. This carries into rather bitter and rather dry finish combined with notes of grapefruit. The grapefruit lingers together with a malt bitterness. A very complex and very well balanced beer. A very interesting Easter brew. Great thanks goes to Per.

Ruby/red in colour. Grapefruit cascade hop aroma. Sweet, clean and very soapy. with bitter orangey finsih. Strikingly similar to what an average American brewpub chain offer as a regular beer, but over here it's a rare thing...

An unclear orange beer with a small and fast disappearing head. The aroma is a flat wheaty aroma with a slight sweetness and fruitiness. The flavor is very fruity, a little flat with notes of oragnges, carbonation, and sourness. It ends on a fair bitterness. This beer is more unique than good.

Golden colour. Nice head. Somewhat hoppy aroma. Clean, refreshing taste but not enough bitterness.

Sampled draught at Stockholm Beer Festival.
Pale yellow with creamy head. Dry nose with that typical Spebdrups aroma of old hay. Somewhat mellow body, not quite as dry as I would have wished. Short blast of late bitterness, but nothing beyond the ordinary.
