Can. Misted gold with a cm of white head. Aroma of pine, bread, kumquat. Some gentle caramel sweetness upon a taste with pine and kumquat before moderate bitterness. Hoped for bolder.

Can. Deep amber, a 1/2cm of cream head. Rich bread, cream toffee aroma. So it tastes until an earthy and quite spicy bitter finish that makes you think it might keep awhile. Making the beer rather than chasing the trends it seems. Pretty good.

Can, this version is 8.3% ABV and makes no mention of collaborators. Very dark brown, 1/2cm beige head lasts OK. Aroma of roast, Milo, herbal and woody spice notes. Taste has some plums and quite assertive bracken and herbal notes at the end. Interesting, good, adventurous.

Pours hazy orange, rapidly fading white head.
Nose shows raspberry, gentle wheat notes, faint orange peel.
Flavours include more wheat notes and raspberry. There's a bit of a metallic astringency but not too overpowering. The raspberry, while not over the top, does hide the classic Witbier characteristics.

Flavours include toasty malt, biscuity malt, spicy and earthy hops, faint sultanas and caramel but without the usual expected sweetness

Can. Very dark brown with ~ a cm of light tan head. Aroma of good chocolate, vanilla, moderate roast. Fairly sweet - sweeter than Temptress - with lots of chocolate and vanilla that's a little peppery too. Enough roasted flavour and bitterness that it doesn't come across as all additions. Nice.

Can. Chestnut brown with a thick off white head that lasts well. Aroma is malty and earthy with dough and spices. Not all that sweet or all that deep with doughy bread and spices but no fruity rumbling. But a nice decisive bitter finish. Fair enough and pretty convincing.

Can. Amber, a thick cm+ of off white head. Heavy aroma of spiced dough, banana, dried fruit. Not as heavy as suggested by the aroma, by dint of a firm spicy bitter finish (and a bit of booze). Big doughy pale malt, some honey, modest fruit flavours. Feels more than 8.5% but pretty good.
