Cask at Egham Beer Fest Summer 24. Aroma is sweet, like a cheap chocolate fudge cake I guess. A murky opaque cola brown. Thin frothy foamy beige head. Flavourwise it's more impressive - rich and chocolatey, with a sweet edge. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. Pud stout for sure.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head that doesn't last. Palate is light, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, never thin but not yet normal pillowy luxuriousness. Light crisp pine into a modest savoury hop vibe. Light and juicy citrus, ripe-ish and slightly pithy. Modest mango and soft pine. Vague phenols and light hop spice on the semi dry finish. Decent but slightly behind the curve of the phenomenal honeypot of great dipas around at the moment.
