You survived the Steamroller but there is no escaping the laser beam toting sharks. What? We don't have sharks? Beware the Ill Tempered Sea Bass. Brewed with our friends at Baker's Dozen Brewing this dangerous Nepa has Azacca, Galaxy, Mosaic hops lowered into the brew to create a frightfully big Double IPA. Enjoy with caution.

Keg at the Peterborough Beer and Cider Festival 2024 with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma is tropical fruit, dank, citrus, stone fruit, pineapple and mango. Decent body, but a bit thin given the abv and minimal carbonation.

Keg draught at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester, for their Bakers Dozen Tap Takeover. Light to mid-gold, hazy with a small thick off-white head. Big aroma of melon, stone fruits, papaya. Boozy sweet taste, more melon, some light herbal umami followed by a reasonably serious bitterness. Thicc body with soft to medium carbonation. A journey in every sip.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly thin, semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light crisp pine and a little hop spice. Thin tangy bitterish citrus. Tangerine and mandarin. Thin dry and somewhat pithy bitter finish. Leaves a light hop spicy linger. I wouldn't mind a dipa with a bitter edge but, this one is thin and weirdly tangy.
