Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small egg white head. Yeasty and phenolic. Some spices as well. Coriander. Sweet orange fruit and some herbal bitter hops in the end. Medium bodied. Ok

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Golden with a small white head. Fruity and grainy aroma with a touch of green pepper and celery. Sweet yeasty and fruity flavour, again with vegetable notes

Small yellowish head over metallic-golden beer. Coriander, human sweat, rainwater. Metallic-bitter; coriander less obvious than in the nose, but the bitterness is indifferent at best. Warming up, again spices and herbs, including the infernal weed. Slick, finish is harsh. Medium bodied. Not distinctive enough, and the coriander certainly doesn’t help.

Little cloudy blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: citrus fruits, malts, little floral, rotting leafs, very ripe fruits. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty full start, lots of hops, citrus fruits, some ripe fruits (peaches). Aftertaste: some citrus and very bitter hops, very dry ending.
