Bottle from Birratrovo, Como
Dark brown color, almost black. Very nice aroma, playing with dark malts and bread, with some sweetness, and light leather. Very smooth mouthfeel; the dark malts and sweetness are in good balance, with caramel, light tobacco and very light liquorice; the alcohol perception is low; correct bitterness, with light oxidization. The final is a bit astringent.
Excellent.

20/10/2012 Ma che siete venuti a fà (375ml bottle). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma color cappuccino, leggera e poco persistente.

Corpo importante, carbonatazione leggera. Non la migliore imperial stout.

Bottle from A Tutta Birra, Milan; synthetic cork
Black color, with small beige head. Very nice aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. Full bodied; wonderful flavor of dark chocolate, roasted malts, some coffee, light liquorice; it’s quite sweet; the alcohol is present, with some warmth, more in the end, but not too much; and there is no evidence of the grappa.
Excellent fat beer.
