Description

H the Toul’s Brews δημιουργήθηκε από τους the Touls Bros’ ή αλλιώς τον Ηλία και Γιώργο Τουλιάτο. Μια ιδέα που γεννήθηκε ενώ βρίσκονταν στο εξωτερικό και τους έφερε πίσω στα πάτρια εδάφη για να την υλοποιήσουν. Το 2018 η μικροζυθοποιία the Toul’s Brews με έδρα την Πάτρα, ξεκίνησε την παραγωγή και διάθεση φρέσκιας και απαστερίωτης μπίρας.

Συνδυάζοντας εμπειρία και γνώσεις από διάφορα πεδία (ο Γιώργος είναι μηχανολόγος μηχανικός και ο Ηλίας τεχνολόγος τροφίμων) οι δύο ζυθοποιοί παράγουν προϊόντα ισορροπημένα γευστικά και ποιοτικά με την πεποίθηση πως η μπίρα δεν έχει εποχή και μπορείς να την απολαμβάνεις όλο τον χρόνο μόνη της ή σε συνδυασμό με την κατάλληλη γεύση.

The Toul’s Brews was created by the Touls Bros’ or Elias and George Touliatos. An idea that was born while they were abroad and brought them back to their homeland to implement it. In 2018, the Toul’s Brews microbrewery based in Patras, began producing and distributing fresh and unpasteurized beer.

Combining experience and knowledge from various fields (George is a mechanical engineer and Elias is a food technologist) the two brewers produce products that are balanced in taste and quality with the belief that beer has no season and can be enjoyed all year round on its own or in combination with the appropriate flavor.

Bottle thanks to McCash. Pours oily black with a purple edge. No real head. Aromas of tar and tinned prune. Taste is chocolate and chilli, salty. Texture is really thick. Odd.

Bottle from Barley Cargo.
Appearance - opaque black and not much head.
Nose - liquorice, toffee and molasses with something herbal.
Taste - smoke, salt and chilli with chewy chocolate and molasses.
Palate - full bodied, smoky, very savoury and a dry finish.
