Woohoo, another creation from the magician of Berkel! Very sweet, still plenty of unfermented honey, but that's not bad per se. Some blueberries give a hint of acidity and plenty flavour, vanilla smoothens it. Pity it's not blue.

Homebrew mead with cranberries and vanilla. Still quite a bit of honey in there, very sweet, didn't ferment completely yet. The cranberry is really nicely present, great colour and great flavour. Bit thin, but a great start. Thanks!
