Description
Founded in 2020, Sureshot Brewing has been a long term project of James Campbell. Everyone with a bitter taste in their mouth knows James. A serial head brewer at some of Manchester’s most respected independent breweries, and pioneer of the best in new world styles and hops to the UK. J.C. has been instrumental in the development of new wave British brewing over the last decade (and then some).

But we're more than a CV, we believe beer is something that’s meant to be enjoyed. That's why we’re focusing on what we know people love: hoppy IPAs, clean lagers, and flavourful, easy-drinking pale ales. Now we're ready to get brewing and release our first beers in 2022.

Cloudy gold with a frothy white head and a mellow fruity aroma. Pillowy soft, light biscuit malt, slightly tart fruitiness, dry and nicely bitter.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Airy creamy malts. Soft cooling pine. Mellow skunk. A fairly tangy stone fruits vibe here, mild grape. Airy finish finds a little more grassy skunk. A pleasant enough affair that is a bit of a grower once I got past the tang.

Tight off white head with a rocky top on a milky hazed dark golden coloured body.
Orange, pulped fruits & lime aroma.
Medium to full, foamy with thicker creamy back.
Bitter orange, lime, pulped fruit & cereal tastes with a long bitter resin finish.
Very good.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a mild dryness, modest carbonation. Milky sweet carnation malts. Flaccid pine and watery citrus. A poor effort from Sureshot. Jesus!

Light brown with a frothy / creamy white head and a soft malt and floral hop aroma. Light bodied, like a mild, but with floral hop bitterness, sweet malt, even a little hint of treacle and a dry finish.
