(On tap @ the brewery, Dec 19 2020) Pours somewhat hazy bright red with a small white-pink head and a little fruit pulp. Notes of bright juicy tart Rubus berries, less heavily earthy or deep blackberry but more on the red berry tip, subtle stone fruit type floral acidity, solid lactic citrusy bite, finishing crisp and berry-laden. Lightish body with soft carbonation and a few pips. Confusing with the variability of how these smoothies were pouring at the brewpub, I think some glasses were much more pulpy, but this was excellent even without the fruit solids.

(On tap @ the brewery, Dec 19 2020) Two pours, one a lightly hazed bright red liquid with a decent pinkish cap and a little lace, the other thick dark red fruit pulp with a lavender rocky head of froth. Confusing, thought I mixed the 2 Sure Sure available up because some glasses looked very different than others around me. Notes of sweet tart jammy blackberry and Rubus pulp with moderate peachy stone fruit floral sweetness and some lactic bite, nice minimal pip bitterness, nice restrained acidity into the finish. Mouthfeel was very different between the two glasses, with the liquidy one light and watery and the other thick and smoothie-like with soft carb. Delicious stuff as expected, though some way of getting the kegs to pour consistently viscous would be good.

(On tap @ the brewery, Dec 19 2020) Pours opaque dull orange juice coloured with a small white head and a little lace. Notes of dense sticky mango, cannabis, grapefruit, floral tropical fruit, nice lightly sweet bready malt, intense mango floral weed finish cuts through the juice with leafy resinous hops giving moderate bitterness but pretty low hop burn. Medium bodied, somewhat creamy carbonation. Excellent DIPA with big hop concentration, not a pure sweet syrupy expression of Citra but getting at all its sides to good effect.

(On tap @ the brewery, Dec 19 2020) Pours fairly hazy medium orange with a decent white head and lace. Notes of quite sweet mango nectar, pineapple and sweet orange juice, sweet fruity pale malt base, quite soft yeast expression, fairly light on the grassy and resinous quality for Wood Bros, finishing off dry with light citrusy bitterness and a hint of alcohol warmth. Medium bodied, slick, softly carbonated. For two breweries who specialize in quite 'green' IPAs, this was not so much down that axis. Good but lacked the punch of the Double Triple Citra drank beside it.

(On tap @ the brewery, Dec 19 2020) Pours nearly opaque gold with a thick white head and some lace. Notes of zesty orange and grapefruit, some citrus and mango juice sweetness, nice herbal earthy grassy notes to it especially from the middle on, finishing fairly dry with light to moderate bitterness. Light to medium slightly creamy body with soft carbonation. Nice balance on this one, though my palate may have been lightly fatigued by trying to drink the alpha lion's share of our orders to keep the DD safe!

(500ml bottle shared by Luc, thanks!) Pours black with a decent sized tan head. Notes of choco-vanilla wafer in melted semi-sweet chocolate, nice fairly dry roasted dark malts, solid toasted nuttiness though not really peanut per se, moderate dark coffee lending bitterness, maple touches but hardly a syrup bomb; nose is a bit more classically pastry but in the mouth never passes mid-sweet with a nice dry slightly bitter finish with the nuts and coffee keeping things dry and almost dusty. Light to medium body for style, soft carbonation, no real booze. Excellent pastry in that the adjuncts are doing lots without being cloying, and it's a bit of a candy bar stout rendered much less sweet than is the current fashion.

A hazed orange amber ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, tropical fruit, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice dank mix of resinous hops, tropical fruit, light sulfur, very nice.
