Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Birmingham. Hazy orange, small white top including lacing; not bad looking for a sour. This one has a nice fruity apricot, a little sherbet like, modest sourness, juicy. There is a bitter prickly citrus and herbal hopping. Smooth medium body. Enjoyable.

Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Birmingham 11/11/22. Hazy orang-gold with small white top. Zesty with citrus, hint of coconut, quite spicy. Light to medium bodied, semi-drying with a punchy bitterness. Very good indeed.

Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St 11/11/22. Hazy caramel-orange with small creamy looking off-white head, good lacing. Stone fruits with a zesty tang, minerals, spice hop, very drying. Quite a zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. I'm not normally a big fan of drying beers but this one has more going for it than most.

Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Brum. Hazy orange gold, small white top. Big fruity tropical and stone fruit nose with a herbal edge. Taste of orange, lime zest, mango, minerals. Tasty but a little wishy washy. Light to medium bodied, light powdery mouthfeel, fine carbonation. Enjoyed it despite flaws.

Tap from Sommar, Waterloo St, Brum. Black with small beige top. Roast malt and chocolate aroma. Taste of roasted malt, chocolate, mixed fruit, vanilla. Bittersweet, medium bodied, semi-dry. Served way too cold for a stout but was still good. Picked up the chocolate in my notes but not specifically orange. Should have let it warm up as I did buy a couple more 1/3rds afterwards.

Tap at Sommar, Waterloo St, Brum. Dark brow, slightky murky near rhe bottom, small beige head. Hoppy citric and tropical aroma with hint of dark malts. Taste again is hoppy, citric, spicy, light bitter roast, chocolate. Very hoppy BIPA, I like it.

Taster from Sommar, Waterloo St, Birmingham. I didn't ask for it - just casually mentioned it was too strong for me and I was kindly given a shot glass of it to try. Clear amber-brown, small solid head even at this small sample. It was boozy, zesty, spicy, mixed fruits, whisky, rich and warming. Very tasty. Not sure if 1/3rd would too much but the small sample I had hit the sweet spot.
