(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a thick and minimal off-white foamy head. Sweet and slightly strawy malty aroma with a tinge of biscuits and herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour with a rounded bitter background, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Strawy malty base with light hints of cara-malt, a touch of biscuits and light herba1notes, getting stronger towards moderately dry and bitter finish. Clean and decent malty Pilsener. 10.XI.09

Clear golden with a meidum off white head. Sweet aroma with caramel, malt and alcohol notes. Flavour was malty with caramel and hoppy notes. Finished bitter.

The bottle looks good, but not spectacular. The beer in the glass is okay. The beer starts very soapy, metallically, too dry. That changes. The finish is not as soapy as the beginning, more spicy, a bit wheat. Balanced finish. Good beer in the end!

Bottle, 4.8%. OK hop aroma. Bready maltiness in the aroma, too. Clear golden colour, good stable white head. The flavour is quite malty with some bread. Also quite citric, probably from the malt.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts a little bit alcoholic, then modest malty. Finish spicy-strong. Good bock!

Bottle, 6.8% at BBF07. Clear dark golden colour. OK semi-stable white head. The flavour has some slightly rough hops, with OK alcohol level. All a standard, mediocre Bock should be.
