Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Almost clear amberish brown, small head. Caramelly nose with strawberries. Mid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready malt, toffee and red berries. Lightly bitter finish.

Thanks Henrik! Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is toffee, some mild wooden and a bit sweet grainy tones. Flavour is toffee, some mild berries, alcohol and a bit wooden tones with some grass, grains and mild earth.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a lacing, off-white head. Intensely malty nose with a hint of biscuit and caramel. Rich, malty body, again slightly caramelly. Bit boozy perhaps with little balancing bitterness. Still very enjoyable. 130226

500ml bottle. Clear, dark amber colour with average to huge, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, sulphureous head. Weak, mellow malty aroma, whiffs of caramel and honey, butterscotch, toffee. Taste is minimally grainy, mellow malty and mildly bitter hoppy, hints of caramel, a touch of cereals, honey, butterscotch, toffee.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice colour, nice mouthfeel, but quite weak, simple and monotonous - so-so.

It's clear copper with a creamy head. Roasted malt and candy sugar, some dry citrus, iron, pumpernickel bread. Malty sweetness, but not too sweet with a dry hint. Medium bodied, oily texture, very soft and gentle carbonated, mild dry malty sweet finish. A very gentle and fine Bock, nothing wrong here!
