Fra cask på Draft House, Tower Bridge 18 Mai 11. Ekstremt mørk amber. Lavt kremaktig skum som fester seg til glasset. God krydderaroma. Godt integrert smak med litt røstet malt. Minner lite om en tradisjonell IPA.

Gravity cask at the London Brewers Showcase 2011. Pours clear copper with a white, bubbly foam head. Looks nice. Has a lot of ripe citrus on the nose. Flavor is medium sweet, plenty of ripe citrus and other tangy fruits, caramel, cake malts. Light to medium bodied with fine, soft carbonation. Sticky finish, some sugars, tangy citrus, light grapefruit, oily pine. Not too, but not as good a collaboration as last year’s porter.
