Draft at Scion/Crios for the Secret Sour event. Poured a dark red color with an off-white head. Aroma was some light dark fruit, wine barrel notes, some oak character. Flavor was dark fruits, light caramel notes, funky notes.

Draft at Jack Rose. Hazy golden yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of vanilla, apples, citrus, light funk, peach. Taste has sweet vanilla, tannins, peach, light booze. Really interesting. I’d like to see what this one does with a bit more time.

Draft at Jack Rose. Cloudy golden color, bright white head. Aroma of white pepper, dust, funk, stone fruit. Taste is funky barnyard, dust, on a background of peppery peaches. Tasty and very easy to drink. I like that it has a manageable abv.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a crystal clear gold with some swirling white head. Nose has lemon, corn, some white bread, yeast. Flavor is lemony, yeast, biscuit dough, slight metal. Clean finish. Good ball park beer.
