Bottle via Beermalade tasting. Medium body, very high carbonation. Medium roasty bitterness, medium sweetness. Roast centered, with medium chocolate, med-light caramel, light toffee, coffee. Light orange, mint and cardamom start to come out only after it has been agressively swirled for some minutes to get some bubbles out. Overall not bad, but not good either.

Bought and drinked on a same exact date - BBE was 3/4 year overdue. Massive gushing, muddy, heavy oxidation, cardboard, canned peach, yeast. Drainpoor, terrible. Could be a lot better when within BBE date, still shame Brewery sends out something like this.

Hazy amber color with medium white head. Aroma: oxidized, cardboard, vegetable, perfumy, light citrus. Taste: highly oxidized, muddy, grassy and light citrus notes. This is a disaster considered the fact that the beer is still fresh. BBE is in a year, I wouldn't like this at that time.

Bottle via Beermalade tasting. Medium body, feels a bit fuller even. High carbonation, over the top, I am belching foam. Lots of spiciness, phenolic, slightly citrusy character. Leaves me wondering which parts come from where. Med-med-high bitterness, med-light sweetness which slowly mounts. Towards the end of the bottle there is moderate caramel, general fruitiness, red fruits. Drinkable, but very weird, I am still not sure, what exactly I am drinking.

Bottle via Beermalade tasting. Rather thin body and high carbonation. Medium amount of ginger, mixing well with base flowery, slightly citrusy witty character. Refreshing, easy drinking. Pretty good.

Bottle via Beermalade tasting. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Med-high bitterness, also med-high sweetness, toasted, caramelly, substantial oxidation. Weird hops choice, but nevertheless the hops character is muddled below the sweetish oxidation, medium fruity esters. Average.

Bottle via Beermalade tasting. Medium body, high carbonation, gushing a bit. Med-high bitterness with a sharp grassy edge. Lots of fruity character, but seems half estery and half citrusy hoppy. Moderate yeastiness, doughy, cheesy, I also get med-light over-ripe fruits, light fusel alcohols. Med-light sweetness, caramelly-fruity. Feels a bit oxidized too. Pity, because apparently it was good at the brewery. Not where I tried it though.

Bottle from Brewpub. Golden orange color with thick white head. Nice hoppy aroma with oranges, tangerines, zest, light pines. Taste is again hop centered with oranges, tangerines, zest, mderate pines. Nice medium lon hoppy bitter finish. Very good.

Dark amber color with beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, ginger, coriander, cinnamobn, anise and tons of other christmas spices. Taste is liquid christmas. Could be more powerfull, anyway, good treat.

Bottle at source. Bernstein color with huge long lasting head. Aroma of grain, bread, light honey. Bready taste with honey, light hops. Nice.
