0,33l bottle at home bought at the brewery. BB 31. July 2020. dark yellow hazy color, rather big white head. smells belgian yeasty, earthy, citric, grassy, tobacco, ripe fruits, some sweet herbs. nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, belgian yeasty, peppery, spices, herbal, some ripe fruits, tobacco. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of grass, ripe fruits and some peppery notes. good stuff, very good to drink, good complexity. surprisingly good.

August 2021. copper hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, spices, some marzipan, overripe fruits, tobacco, candy, light berry notes. decent smell. medium body, pearly carbonation. tastes candy, peppery, tobacco, light berry notes, herbal, spices, bit nutty, light marzipan. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of spices, herbal and nutty notes. quite decent one, balance is not that great, but rather complex. drinkable non the less.

0,33l from bottle at the brewpub. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells spices, earthy, coriander, bit leathery, bit rubbery Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes strong of coriander, spices, citric, belgian yeasty, light soda, flowery, very subtle smoke. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of coriander, flowers and earthy notes. Quite nice one, rather intense for a Wit, but good balance and good to drink 7,4,7,3,16

Tastes coffee, toffee, earthy, nutty, marzipan, spices, lactose, brown sugar. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of brown sugar, marzipan and nutty notes. Nice one, was a bit overwhelmed at first, but gets a lot better when warm 6,4, 7,3,16

Tastes of berry notes, toffee, coffee, bit jammy, marzipan, nutty, cocoa, bit berry jammy. Finishes bit dry and bit bitter with notes of berries, toffee and earthy notes. Very nice one, super subtle carbonation, lovely flavors, very good to drink 7,4,8,3,16
