Seit 2011 steht das Hofbräu Kaltenhausen für kreatives Brauhandwerk und feinste Spezialitäten-Biere. Nun war es an der Zeit, den nächsten Schritt zu gehen und unsere Brauphilosophie mit der „KALTENHAUSER BOTSCHAFT FÜNFHAUS“ über die Grenzen Salzburgs hinauszutragen.

Auch in der neu errichteten und im September 2019 eröffneten kleinen aber feinen Brauerei in Wien Fünfhaus widmen wir uns unserer Leidenschaft, innovative Rezepte zu entwickeln und diese mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Rohstoffen in erstklassige Biere voller Geschmack und Persönlichkeit zu verwandeln.

Gemeinsam mit dem BRAUHOF WIEN wird das Thema Bier für alle Biergenießer und Bierinteressierten hier auf einzigartige Weise zu einem Gesamterlebnis.

Feinste Biere von Hand gebraut, Brauereiführungen, Bierverkostungen und Brautage nehmen die Besucher auf eine spannende Reise durch die Welt des Bieres mit. Gehobene Wiener Küche und hochwertige Hotel-Zimmer, deren Design sich ebenfalls dem Thema Bier annimmt, lassen auch gastronomisch keine Wünsche offen.

On tap at Brauhof Wien brewpub, shared with Ogi. Dark brown to black, reddish hue. Small beige head. Aroma is roasty, toasty, soft coffee notes. After awhile nutty, some black olives. Hints of caramel and butter. Roasty, burnt, a bit rough for a porter. Lacks the smoothness, still comes out nice. Light to medium body. Finishes dry and lightly bitter.

Soft banana candy note lingers. A bready touch. Sweet, bready, banana and candy flavour. Soft tart note, soft astringent note, light to moderate bitterness, soft creamy texture. Intense cloves in the flavour. Smooth, medium body. Moderately drinkable. Light dry finish.
