Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: all cognac and whisky, lots of alcohol, oxidized, dusty, soy sauce, sherry. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, alcohol, oxidized, very sweet, lots of dark caramel, oxidized, port and sherry notes. Aftertaste: alcohol, oxidized, very sweet, roasted, a little sourish.

Cloudy blond yellow beer, creamy white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, a little dank, resinous hops, a bit fruity, some zest, grapefruit, good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, soft bitterness, malty backbone, fruity notes, citrus. Aftertaste: bitter touch, fruity, some strawberries, grains, hay, citrus, more tropical fruits.

Dark brown beer, some chunks floating in the beer, no head. Aroma: good roast, oxidized, earthy, caramel, vanilla. MF: no carbon, full body. Taste: a bit sourish, sugary, alcohol, coconut, sugary, a bit oxidized, nice! Aftertaste: bitter, coconut, soft roast, caramel, oxidized, bourbon, more coconut in the finish.

Clear bright ruby red beer, small creamy pink head, little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: all coffee, black and green coffee, sourish impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish, very fruity, lots of berries, pretty sweet, some coffee. Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol touch, berries, more coffee, a little bitter.

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of bourbon, vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, alcohol, vanilla, malty, caramel, bourbon, alcohol. Aftertaste: bitter touch, pretty roasted, alcohol, sugary, lots of chocolate.

Draught No head whatsoever; deep dark beer with a brown rim. Coffee, roast, and smelling quite sweet. Liqueurish, Haagse hopjes, praliné, chocolate, oversweetened strong coffee. Coconut remains pretty hidden. Very full bodied, viscous, sticky, oozy. Wow; despite being very sweet it remains likeable.

Draught Small rim over fully hazy yellow-ochre beer. Lime/lemonpeel, dry and a bit powdery - as ground lemonpeel. Lemonbalm, garden herbs. Sweet-sour in a precarious if successfull balance with a remarkable spicy-herbal finish, making it appear drier than it is. Bit aggressive, fiery (all due to the gin, no doubt). Light if quite slick and a tad sticky. Not for the fainthearted, can't help but liking it all the same.
