Een hele pint, das lang gelee. Zeker geen standaard pilsie. Toevoegingen van tropisch fruit. #locombia

0,33l from tap at the brewpub. Black color, small very dark coffee colored head. Smells of milk chocolate, coffee, bitter chocolate, some cocoa, lovely smell.full body, bubblycarbonation. Tastes earthy, ashy, bitter chocolate, soapy, peppery, leathery, some berry notes. Finishes fizzy and lightly roasty bitter with notes of ash, peppery and berry notes. This beer was killed by way too much carbonation, still a nice one, but way too fizzy, the smell was super lovely. Still nice one though 8,4, 7,3,14

On tap at the Calle 54 location, pours a very murky, black with tons of frothy, brown head. Nose has malt, licorice, coffee, toast, black pepper, dried chocolate. Flavor is solid, dry with malts and bread, sweet with malt and licorice, black pepper, hints of booze. Finishes full bodied but dry. This isn’t good Colombian beer, it’s good beer.
