Slightly hazy orangey-amber colour. Aroma of dough, sweat, orange and light spice. Body is full, sweet and soft. Flavour is sweet with light spicy notes, a hint of dust and dominant orange.

Me and skortila must have had a bad bottle, because it tasted very much of cork. Furthermore, yeasty and a bit spicy. For what we could taste, it was quite ok actually.

Red fruity looking beer with a lightly sour aroma and a fizzy dense sour flavour. Overall a quite pleasant sour beer effort.

Orange beer with a light white head, raisan like aroma and a dense bitter flavour with a dull finish. Overall a warming bitter beer.

(slightly aged) Very hazy golden-orange, with loads of little flecks, presenting themselves very conspiciously on the virgin-white, full head. Vegetables and a sweetness in the nose, probably due to the fig syrup. Bit sourish as well. Sourish - but not much - taste, faint spicey and some fruit. No sweetness at all in the taste - I guess due to the ageing. Young this is sweeter, betraying the fig character. Quite dry, bit sharp-sourish finish. Nice - but this is probably one of the few beers I prefer young.

Bottled, 2001 vintage. Dark orange with lively rich head. Aroma of cheese and minerals. Medium dry, pleasantly soft and malty with sparkling mouthfeel. Grassy bitter finish. A good beer with some depth.

Persistent gushing into very thick head, big bubbles. Orange coloured beer, hazy. Nose first spicey, coriandre; some chalk, some metal -probably ironoxide. Finally yeast, citrussy and candi sugar. Very spicey taste: coriandre, white pepper, paradise seed. Little sweetness, a bit tart. Yeasty & earthy too. Ironoxide again. Bitterness in the background, not hoppy, more like walnut innerpeel. Quite dry. medium to well-bodied. Some alcoholburn. Spicey, tannins and piquancy keep in the aftertaste. Quite likeable. Down-to-earth Hainaut spicebrew.

Gold ale. Very nice hop aroma. Dry, well balanced. The aftertaste is not at the same level as the rest.
