375ml bottle. Opalescent, orangey, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy, partially replenished, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Tangy, funky, lactic aroma, notes of brine, mustard seed, a touch of sauerkraut, coffee interludes, some vinous fruitiness. Taste is sour, tangy, funky, lactic, hints of vinegar, brine, grapes, unripe fruit, coffee interludes. Watery texture, dry and slightly astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Slightly strange composition; at first sight a complete mismatch (sour beer and coffee), but you'll find out that this is not the case. You rather miss even more (and constant) coffee notes for a better balanced, more harmonious and homogeneous result - not fully convincing.

Bottled I think from Valhalla Zagreb. Murky dark brown-red body, almost no head (some traces of a white one). Smooth, sweetish berry aroma with well integrated, pleasant acetic acid. Smooth acidity in the taste, balanced berry notes, light chocolate, clean funk. Well carbonated. Light alcohol presence. I mean, almost surprisingly nice, a genuinely interesting take on the style, well done!

Bottled 375ml. -at Valhalla Zagreb. Golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, yeasty fruity nose. Perfumed yeasty, fruity, touch of apples and wood with some acidic sweet notes in the finish. Interesting.

Nice bright yellow color, a tiny bit of fluffy white head. Light, tart, fruity. Citrus, dry wood, burnt wood aftertaste. Quite peculiar combo of freshness and ashtray, but it mostly works, very nice.

Fruity, tart and sour, some fruity sweetness, vinegar, wet basement funk, barrel. Finishes dry. Actually not half bad, nice.

Bottle shared by Joes. Clear yellow golden color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, softly sourish, slight fruit peel and unripe fruit, don't get any smoke. Sort of lemon-ish lemonade. Quite nice on a hot day. Solid.
