375ml. bottle. @home. 28/07/2022 [#5.267 Global - #34 Brazil - #1 Zalaz (My Brazilian Brewery #22)] Pours pale misty yellow with no head. Aroma: lemon, blanket, light wood and funk. Taste: lemon, tart, light funk. Too lemony. A bit unbalanced and flat. Next one please!

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy pale golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Malty, grapes, a little funky, bit tart. Taste: Grapes, grapeskin, citrus notes, gooseberry. Subtle farmyard funk and oak wood. Moderate to over moderate tart, light bitter and sweet. Medium to just under medium body, just under average carbonation. Dry finish. Hints of minerals. Only subtle smoke hints.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Lightly hazy deep golden, small head. Oaky vinegary nose with some peach. Tart and mildly acetic with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sour apples and oak, balsamic vinegar and lemon. Low bitterness.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sour, wood, leather, grapes, apple, light barnyard, light vinegar - sweet vinegar. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, dough, apple, grapes, sour, wood, funky, sweet vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20220214]

0.375 l bottle shared with Marko and Ogi at Valhalla Craft Beer Bar, Zagreb. Unclear deep dark ruby red, small off-white head. Subtle vinous profile, fruity and acidic, red grapes, sour cherry, sour berries, funky, juicy. Moderate to high sourness, raspberry, funky flavour, slightly goaty. A bit thin, nice sharp touch, moderate carbonation, moderate finish. Not very complex but good and interesting.
