375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma has a weird stone fruits, wild yeast, and some strange floral notes. Flavour has stone fruit pith, floral notes, and a touch of wild yeast. Odd fruitiness to this but it works, sort of.

Bottle from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is mild funky with grapes, soft smoke, some citrus, wood, more grapes. Flavour is tart and mild to medium sour. Dry finish, body is medium. Only subtle smoke but tasty.

Bottle courtesy of Marcel Scarpato via Craig, cheers guys! Consumed at home listening to Jon Hopkins - Ritual, Friday 4th October 2024, in the company of Craig and Stella. This pours cloudy yellow with a slim fast disappearing white head. Very Geuze like nose, a little bretty, zippy and zappy in the mouth, giving the tongue and mouth a real workout. Lemony but with the usual spontaneous touches. Very good beer.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Odi's place. Cloudy yellow. Burnt wood, smoked meat, wheat, funk, sour, smoky, fruitiness, lacto.

Safra 2020 (Vintage 2020). On tap at Tap Tap Bar, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma hints at an infection… tart fruits, ugh. Flavour is completely sour — this is mega-infected, just fucking awful. Maybe this was good a few years ago. Now, this shouldn't be sold.
