Bottle sample @ VBPF ’13.

Gusher (because of the hopflower). Blond/amber, medium carbonation. Easy drinkable, herbs and grassy aroma. Bitter finish.

Bottle. A gusher, producing a big, diminishing off-white head and a clear, dark golden body. The aroma is lightly milkysourish, with toffee, dried fruits and some yeasty and spiced notes. Butterscotch, toffee, dried fruits, yeast notes, sugar and some bitterness. Medium body, pleasant carbonation. A decent one, nothing more. 130504

Bottle, 33cl. It pours an unclear, golden body under a dense, finger-thick light beige head. The aroma is fruity and cellar-ish, with a spiced and yeasty hint, peppery. Some sugar. The flavor is fruity and quite sweetish, with a nice bitterness. Yeast and spices too. Full body, quite dry and pleasantly carbonated. Bitter and fruity finish. Pleasant indeed, but nothing extraordinary. 130504
