Draft at Billie's Craft Beer Festival 2022. Slightly hazy pale yellow, champagne bubbles. Floral apple aroma with light funk. Taste is lightly sweet, lightly sour, fruity apple. Interesting but doesn't quite come together

Pours clear, medium colored amber. Scent is fine, elegant and perfumy fruityness. Tad earthy, funky berry profile. Taste is sharp, honey funk, earthy berry , complex acidity. Very fun blend ! lovely complexity.

Pours an unclear, darker redpurple. Scent is intense, earthy / mud (Sorry, brewery description, I simply do not agree) . Taste is sharp, acidic, milder oak; full on beetroot flavor. Muddy / earthy. Not my thing at all.

Clear deep red colour with thin head. Aroma of farmyard funk and red fruits. Taste of sweet and sour cherry. Luckily no cinnamon detectable.
