Bottle 37.5cl. crowned and corked from Gastro Beer (bottle date 13/12/2021, bbd 12/26) @home poured into a tumbler. Sour nose. Hazy pale to medium amber, small moussy off-white head, dissipating quickly, thin layer remains. Rich aroma, lemon peel, gooseberries, green apples, barnyard, light wood, vinegar notes. Smooth and mild onset. Followed by a mouth-filling medium sweet and sour taste, unripe gooseberries, green apples, woody notes, vinegar notes, barnyard. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, fruity semi-dry sweet and sour aftertaste, sour fruits, woody notes, rich and round, refreshing, smooth, excellent!

Head gone in seconds over almost clear red-terra cotta beer. Clean dry raspberry nose, middle aged lambic, quite clean. Dry sour, tart, but no excessive acidity, no acetic, almost exclusively fruitacids; sour cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, but also lemon. Ultra dry, very light body, dry-out effect, acidthinning and light Very good, but I keep thinking that a bit more playing with the lambicblending might have yielded even more impressive result.

Bottle at the brewery. Pours a cloudy dark ruby with small pink head that lasts. The aroma is cherry kernel, earth, floral. Slick body, cherry skin, earth, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
