Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a small, rough, white head. Distinct aroma of acetobacter and wild yeast - this is a Sour, not a Grisette. Medium body, a subtle acetic tartness - there's some nail polish remover here. Horse blanket and leather, an easy drinking Sour. 110326

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with some floating impurities and a fizzy, dissipating white head. The beer is actually heard in the bottle as it slowly grows out of the bottle. Distinct Brett and fruit in the nose. Medium body, quite fizzy with an underlying sweetness. I wonder what the addition is - if any. But not a bad Sour from these boys. 280226

Thanks fonefan! Red colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and some berries with some tartness. Flavour is tart wood, some red berries and mild tartness to it. Nicely dry palate.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Bright, deep red, fizzy pink head. Aroma of frozen raspberries, balsamic vinegar and menthol. Tart to citric with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Woody tartness and rich raspberries. Low bitterness. Pleasant, woody sour with real berry flavour.

Reddish colour taste is fermenteret but also tart and hint of perfume sweet sour a bit of oak and berries mild livly texture and mild dry to the end.

Dark purple colour with small head.Aroma is sweet and tart nice mild juice with flavour of dark berries and mild oak nice fruit good we'll balanced and nice by style.
