Unruly Imperial Sour IPA. Funky orange notes. Too big and almost a triple IPA sugary boost. Worse every sip. Raised Grain kind of suck, and this exemplifies that once again.

Aromas and flavors are mainly malt with a touch of hops. Flavors lean sweet with a bit of booze in the finish. Color is medium dark amber.Totally average helles bock.

Aromas and flavors are pale malt with a hint of hops. Add in some minerals to aromas. Flavors have good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation with a slightly sweet finish. Not bad not great.

Aromas are mildly sweet pale malt with a hint of hops. Flavors are similar to nose, good balance between sweet, bitter and carbonation. If I was to do a blind comparison between this and a similar pilsner I'd be hard-pressed to guess which was which. Nice drinkable beer.

Tap at DU. Hefty, thick body. Grainy, crackery edges. Rather bold, but doesn't have a real world Class tone or feel,somewhere in between I suppose. Deep malt tones which I enjoy. OK.

Keg at Bazil’s, 2/25/23. Dark red, large white head, average retention. Aroma of wheat, caramel, stone fruit. Taste is wheat, spice, stone fruit, caramel. Crisp, lingering spice.

Pours black with a finger of tan foam, look at all that lacing.
The smell is loaded with chocolate, roasted malt, bits of coffee and vanilla, with some nutty notes.
The taste matches the smell. Nice bits of sweetness that kinda balances the coffee and dark chocolate. Must be, as per the label, the candi sugar. Very damn tasty.
Full bodied with lowish carbonation, I get none of the alcohol and that's scary.
