In Spring 2017, Cascade Township welcomed its first brewpub – Thornapple Brewing Co. Our brewery offers the community a local spot to enjoy craft beer, cider, wine and spirits created by internationally awarded and longtime local owners, Jeff Coffey and Eric Fouch.

With nearly fifty years of brewing experience between the co-founders, we’ve come up with a robust list of drink options that represent their favorite styles and recipes. Along with a wide varitey of food, we’re becoming known for our gormet pizza.

“After years of sharing original creations with friends, family and fellow brewers, we wanted to bring our experience to Grand Rapids Beer city,” explained Fouch. “We simply want to enjoy our passion with those who will enjoy it with us.”

On tap at MBGSF 2018. Golden pour with a white head. Candy yeasty aroma. Sweet yeasty bubble gum flavor, candy caramel, pale maltiness. A really good one.
