Description
Like so many enthusiastic beer seekers, the creators of Fidens found themselves traveling all over to discover new beers and exciting breweries. As their love of craft beer and the brewing process grew they started on a small rig in the garage. Over time they brought their talents together and established the Fidens Brand at the end of 2019. The idea was simple, to open a small brewery locally where they would offer a quality product like those in their travels.

Pours a hazy, almost washed-out, banana-peach, with smallish head. Aroma has tropical fruit and citrus and almost a kind of dustiness about it. Flavors follow, including the dusty/astringent finish. Mouthfeel might be just a touch on the thin side. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Pours a hazy, chalk-banana creme, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. And hop resin and some alcohol burn. Flavors are citrus and tropical fruit, with nice underlying sweetness. And no alcohol burn! Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish. Masters of the quad.

Canned 2/18/26, drunk 4/6/26, compliments of tfontana. Thanks, Tom!
Just a very nice, round, even white wine/grape with juicy, fresh squeezed orange and a touch of pine. Lots of mineral, chalk, earth, dry hop. Gently balancing malt adds a touch of honey-like character. No alcohol or resin noted.
Big white wine, earth, mineral, juicy citrus and a fairly mild bitterness. But it's nice and dry so the low bitterness isn't problematic. For an experimental IPA, it comes off pretty classic/straightforward New Zealand. Juicy and malty with good attenuation and no alcohol noted. Classic stuff. Incredibly well-done.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, smooth and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Soft pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Soft cooling pine. Hop spice bites from the get go. Juicy citrus and stone fruits. A little Nelson like grapey rang on the back end along with more hop spice. Well rounded and very drinkable.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Somewhat thin bodied pale malts, a thin but adequate creamy sweetness. Cooling pine and hop spice. Soft savoury skunk into rounded juicy citrus. Touches of mango and stone fruits. A fair bit more hop spice on the finish. Good all rounder if a tad thin and dry in the palate.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a little dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a good creamy sweetness. Hops bring mildly savoury skunk, suppressed citrus and light cooling pine. Some Nelson grapey rang brings this to life a bit more when compared with the all Citra version. Not bad.

Panda thanks to Wingman. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head that doesn't last. Airy palate, a little dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Citra hops bring mild savoury skunk, pretty modest citrus and a little pine. Airy finish. There is nothing wrong with this brew but for me, I found it lacking any excitement.

Pours a hazy, chalky banana creme color, with smallish head. Aroma is dank, with citrus and tropical fruit and passionfruit, lots of it. Flavors follow and the passionfruit is more pronounced and fairly sweet. There is a touch of alcohol in the finish. Soft mouthfeel. Mild hop bitterness.
