Description
Like so many enthusiastic beer seekers, the creators of Fidens found themselves traveling all over to discover new beers and exciting breweries. As their love of craft beer and the brewing process grew they started on a small rig in the garage. Over time they brought their talents together and established the Fidens Brand at the end of 2019. The idea was simple, to open a small brewery locally where they would offer a quality product like those in their travels.

Pours a hazy, orange-peach color, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, and a touch of papaya (seriously, the papaya is pretty invisible in the nose). Flavors are citrus and tropical fruit and a blast of papaya, with some fairly strong (almost cloying) sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. The ABV is pretty well-hidden in both aroma and flavor (other than the sweetness, perhaps). Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

16 oz. can from a trade with tfontana. Aroma is weak white grape with mango and soft herb underneath that. Big citrus, light white grape, and ends on some booze.
Texture is dry, but I would expect it with this amount of booze. Lightly juicy texture. Certainly not bad in anyway, but this amount of alcohol is kinda nonsensical. It’s ok. I’m not following the groupthinkthink on this brew.

Pours a hazy, soft banana yellow (almost a brown mustard), with mid-sized head. Aroma is pretty dank, with a note of green onion/garlic upfront, followed by citrus and tropical fruit. The papaya and yuzu are fairly restrained in the nose. Flavors follow, including that dank note, with the papaya a bit more present. Not noticing the yuzu all that much. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.
