Like so many enthusiastic beer seekers, the creators of Fidens found themselves traveling all over to discover new beers and exciting breweries. As their love of craft beer and the brewing process grew they started on a small rig in the garage. Over time they brought their talents together and established the Fidens Brand at the end of 2019. The idea was simple, to open a small brewery locally where they would offer a quality product like those in their travels.
0,473 litre Can, from a trade, at home. Hazy yellow with offwhite head. Malts, hops, yeast, Citrus, oats, mouthfeel, thick, some dry bitterness. Smooth!
Pale cloudy yellow to yellow-orange body, medium cream head. Aroma a combination of tart citrus and smoky dankness. Body sugared pink grapefruit, sour papaya, smoky, dank green hops, and candy cigarettes. Sweeter than anticipated from the aroma. Quite good.

16oz can pours a sunset orange with a big cap of white head. Nose has persimmon and passionfruit, soap and herbs. Flavor has malt and melon, soapy herbs and plenty of lychee and pineapple and passionfruit. Full bodied, fruity finish, a little booze.

16oz can pours a murky orange with some sudsy white head. Dank and punchy on the nose. Grassy, some scapes, orange rind. Flavor is citrus zest, grassy, scapes. Finishes just off dry with some bitterness. Simcoe really shines. 8 4 8 4 14
Liquid Mounds bar, though a bit nutty, so perhaps an Almond Joy too. Chocolate, coconut, almond. Slight booze. Really good. Nice to be back home after a wonderful stretch in SoCal. Go Birds! Go Phightens! And go Union!
