Draft at Racca's Pizzeria. First beer in Wyoming in 2023. Crystal clear golden yellow color, dense white head. Aroma of citrusy hay and straw. Taste is lightly bitter lemon and black pepper. Decent. Paired with pizza. Obviously

Can. Poured a clear light orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light fruity notes, malt, with pleasant yeast. Light fruity notes, crisp with a sweet Belgian yeast finish.
