Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Hazed yellow with a decent off white covering. Nose grassy, pithy citric shreds, grains, straw. Taste comprises mellow acidity, light funk, lemon rind, tangy citric peel, grains, hay. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable simple sour.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Reddish orange with a decent crimson covering. Nose is soured fruits, musty, on the turn melon, damp straw, lemon rind. Taste comprises pink berry fizz, grape must, light herb, straw, yeast flicker. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, dark sugar, worth, minerals, alcohol, cereal, roasted grain, hay, caramel, toast. Taste is slightly dry mineraly, weeds, minerals, bark, dark malts, toast, hay, alcohol, cereal, chocolate, paper, soil. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry roasted. Fair enough, boring.
