Pours unclear, warm amberblonde. Medium white head. Scent is full, very funky, woody, buttery, intense, somewhat cheesy. Taste is full, tart, smokey, wood, very gentle on the sourness. Medium carbo. medium thin body ( rather dry) , smokey touch presents itself as peat, almost. Not sure if actual peat/smoke malts were used (in small amounts) or it's due to the 7 year old lambic and the interaction of brett and air for this long. 800 bottles made.
