Bottle @ ZZT 8 shared by Martinus. Clear pale golden color, small white head that diminishes almost instantly. Quite sweet aroma. Taste is lightly malty, slightly pear, slightly bitter. Well it could be worse.

Bottle. Pours rather unclear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with faint hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with estery and malty notes. Bitter, hoppy aftertaste with mild skunky notes. Definitely not the worst Pale Lager I have tasted but rather unclear and not very exciting, either.

Bottle, 5%. Metallic aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Good stable tight chalk white head. The flavour is grainy and papery. Low bitterness with a little fruity touch in the finish. The late bitterness is more distinct, though, and a little rough.

50cl can from Cora/France. 11/12/11/11

Ahhh, the forbidden beer. Dull colour, no lasting head. Smells very appley and sweet. Tastes very sweet. Gluey and hopless, this was lagered for what, a day? Unrefined. Is the Tabu brand for botched batches of Hinano?
