Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een oranje geel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een kruidige geur. De smaak is moutig, kruidig en zacht zoet.

Black with a beige head. Dark caramel, bourbon and blueberry aroma. Sweet taste with a sweet bourbon finish. Not really roasty more like a porter than a stout. Still a pleasant beer.

Hazy yellow colour, good cloudy white head and lace. Light citrus, yeast, tropical fruits. Light-bodied. Crisp. Pale malty, some citrus, Belgian yeast spiceyness. Simple, average Belgian blonde.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly grassy and fruity, citrusy, hoppy aroma, pale and minimally biscuity, malty aroma, hints of lemon, unspecific tropical fruit. Taste is slightly dry, fruity and minimally grassy hoppy, sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale malty, rather unspecific citrusy and tropical fruitiness with slightly zesty, minimally waxy aspects, hints of lemon, lime, passion fruit. Watery texture, smooth, soft, slightly dry and leathery palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Unspecific fruitiness or maybe better, fragmentary fruitiness: aspects / indication of e.g. lime, but also some missing parts for authentic lime aroma - average, OK.

0.33 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', best before January 2023. Minimally hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly floral aroma of tangerine, orange and light mango. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fairly fruit, slightly floral taste of orange, tangerine, grapefruit and some mango, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant IPA, nicely fruity and surprisingly bitter.

Ach we doen maar weer eens een brouwerij tick, op naar de #600 NL’se brouwerijen..wel een suikerzoet sapje…

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have floral and grassy hop. Nicely bitter. Good old IPA.

Dark blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have sweet malts and lots of spices. Especially cloves. Too spicy for me.
