Cloudy, pale golden color and a small white head. Nose is herbal, banana, puffed Rice. Taste starts herbal dry, lots of lemongras, slightly yeasty, faint tea-ish flavors. And a little funky. Nice

The only other local brewery to make a saison, I think. This was ambitious for a first attempt at a saison but it works. The green tea gives it an elegant softness and the lemongrass a gentle herbalness.

Säuerlicher Beginn, Zitrone. Haselnuss ist nur bedingt erkennbar, hintergründig. Etwas trocken, die Säure nimmt schnell ab, Vanille und Kakao kann man kaum erkennen. Rund aber nicht sonderlich spannend. 11/8/7/7/9/7
