Hazy golden. Aroma is brausetablette lime light wood. Taste is thin light sour lacto but nothing much else. Could have more mmmph.

Can. Clear light golden, greenish, slightly cloudy. Damp grass. Taste is sticky mouthfeel, some herbal, bit bland. Not sure what this is supposed to be.

Canned. Hazy greenish yellow body, white head. Fruity saisionish aroma, bit spicy, lemongrass and tea notes. Sweetish taste, tea and some lemongrass, some banana, lightly funky in the finish, bit weizenish for a saison.

Can. Hazy yellow color with tiny white head. Aroma is rice, lemongrass, peppery. Taste is dough, peppery, lemongrass, dry, quite citric too. Chewy body, medium carbonation. Simple but not bad.

Can. Pale yellow low offwhite head. Medium light, somewhat dry, light citrus, light flowers, uneventful.

Almost clear golden yellow beer with a small white head. Aroma of lemongrass, herbal wheat malt and yeast. Taste of herbal malt, wheat, lemongrass and some banana.

Cloudy, pale golden color and a small white head. Nose is herbal, banana, puffed Rice. Taste starts herbal dry, lots of lemongras, slightly yeasty, faint tea-ish flavors. And a little funky. Nice

The only other local brewery to make a saison, I think. This was ambitious for a first attempt at a saison but it works. The green tea gives it an elegant softness and the lemongrass a gentle herbalness.
