8 oz draft. Good flavor of burnt barley, chocolate, and slight roast. Nice mouthfeel. Nice for 3.1%. A lot of flavor of the gravity.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Lightly-to-moderately hazy. Small, white head quickly to ring. Nose is pear, lemon, perfume, maybe some light unripe guava. Cracker malts. Clean, no resin. Really unusual hop notes of unripe guava, lime leaf, perfume, spicy herb and pear. The pear is very cool. White bread malts are a bit sugary, but it's still dry enough. Nice fluffy carbonation with lingering honey and pear.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Clear light pink. Small head to ring. Nose is soft, mellowed cherry meat with mild culture and biscuity malts. Light bodied with a bit of maltiness up front transitioning to mild tartness and cherry acidity. Easygoing and mellowed.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Clear brass-lemon-gold. Medium-sized, well-retained, white head. Cantaloupe very well-expressed in the nose. Fruity, juicy, floral and with that hint of earthy, close to the rind character. Light acidity behind it. Sparse malts. Clean. Lovely, lovely, very well done cantaloupe with a light, nitro-watery body and a hint of spice and tartness in the finish.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Hint of unfiltered haze. Deep line-bronze-brass. Ring of bubbles. Leafy Shiso with hints of playful plum. Light dill like character. Good salinity and acidity. No too tart, not too adjunct forward. Less salinity than the Amarillo gose, more sour ale like but still very malty, well attenuated, clean and flavorful.

Nitro pour at brewery, 3/16/24. Clear dark mahogany. Small, light-tan head slowly to ring. Straightforward Irish dry. Lower ABV but not overly thin. Good wateriness for drink ability. Not over-roasted. Clean.

Brewery draught, 3/16/24. Clear, deep brass. Small, white head quickly to ring. Juicy, bright, good salinity. Really soft and the Amarillo isn't overly woody. Clean. Juicy, malty, great salinity. Light wood but mostly juicy hop and tart lactic acid. Love the texture. Super malty and well attenuated.

Brewery draught, 4/8/22. Moderately hazy, bright beeswax-maize-yellow with a fleeting, white head. Lemon and yogurt with bursts of honey and biscuit. Some apricot jam, rustic grains and a lingering, pleasant, balanced lactic character. Soft and malty with high attenuation and a supportive texture featuring biscuit and honey-like malt notes and tons of lemon-yogurt, lactic acid, strong mineral and mild Brett. Clean, bright, flavorful. Well-done, this brewery's fledgling barrel program shows a lot of promise.

Brewery draught, 4/8/22. Pale, white gold with a small, white head showing low retention. Good clarity. Definitely wild cider-like with a strong lactic acidity and sharp tannin rounded out by yogurt and lemon, supported with biscuit and honey-like malt character. Soft and supple mouthfeel with high attenuation and tons of cidery, lactic, tannic notes, yet with enough malt to keep it structured. Interesting and clean.

Brewery draught, 4/8/22. Ruby-strawberry with a rapidly fizzling, white head. Fresh herbal nose is pleasant and dotted with strong lactic notes as the bready/biscuity malts and high minerality linger on the finish. High attenuation and a light body with a high carbonation and strong lactic acidity. The herbs are done tastefully here and there's no flaw or alcohol. Good for what it is, but I don't care much for the kettle sour concept. Having this side-by-side with actual barrel-aged sours really puts in stark contrast how inferior these are, even just from a texture/body standpoint.
