Crisp, very light golden coloured body with a hazy glow of straw and raw honey that shows at about 25 per cent opaque, with a relatively thick, five to six centimetre tall pure white head that fades relatively quickly and leaves a thinnish pure white head on top. Aroma of grass, nuts, earth, flowers and a dry herbal character with some peated malt and grain and a light touch of sweetness with some pungent yeast noticeable in the nose. Light to Medium-bodied; Relatively strong dry herbal and grassy flavours dominate with a peaty and deep nutty profile all coming from the malts with some very subdued sweetness, mainly from apples, pears and stone fruits, but the floral and nutty yeast bite remains throughout with some potency at the end. Aftertaste shows mainly the malts, yeast and bitterness with some dry, herbal notes, but the peaty, biscuity and especially nutty flavours of these is by far the strongest. Overall, a nice enough beer with some pungent flavours from the yeast and malts, but little else in terms of complexity and richness. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 18-September-2020 for US$3,32 sampled at my house here in Washington on 16-November-2020.

Pint can, WW. Murky plum colored with a quickly fading head and lively carbonation. Nose is spice (guessing it's the combo of lavender and vanilla that's creating this), vanilla, apple, plum - really nice. Plum comes through first, followed by apple, vanilla, green leaf, lavender. Quite tasty. Not sweet (just a hint) but also not overly dry.

Pint can, WW. Hazy gold with a large off-white head. Nose is orange, grain, bread crust, lemon zest. Flavor is orange, cereal/grain, toasted malt, lemon zest, grapefruit zest. The grain flavor is a bit off-putting, but the citrus is nice.

Pint can thanks to hershiser2! 11/4/2020. Hazy orange, lots of visible carb, thin fizzy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of doughy malt, candied lemon, grass. Taste is snappy, herbal and earthy hops, bready malts. peanut butter (?!?!?). apricot. Medium bodied, mild bitterness. Solid.

Super deep hazy, chunky, funky pink and rose coloured body with a ruby glow and a thick, but relatively fast (and loud) dying head that is bright pink and very nice as well. Aroma of funky soured malt, strawberries, brine and salt with a lot of funky tart notes with some deep fruits with a great dry note, some good sweetness from the fruits and a lot of tart notes that make this smell amazing. Light to Medium-bodied; Very strong strawberry, raspberry and lime fruit notes with some light brine and good salt elements that shows a great crisp note with a very nice balance between malts and soured, tart fruit, but the brine adds to the complexity. Aftertaste shows more strawberries, wheat and flowers, but the briney and pure salt flavours are the strongest with some tartness, but very nice throughout and great to sample. Overall, a great gose with an amazing tart fruit and soured note with a soft, but balanced salt and briney note, but the body and look are the best aspects of this. A great 'mimosa' beer that reminds me of some of the better beers from Boiler Brewery in Lincoln, Nebraska, that is so good at those - this one is great to have here on the East Coast! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 18-September-2020 for US$5,30 sampled at my house here in Washington on 08-October-2020.

$4.70 pint can, WW. Hazy gold with suspended floaties, soft off-white head. Orange peel, floral hops, honey nose. Honey, floral hops, dried flowers, toasted malt, orange peel. Something I just don't love here.

Pint can thanks to hershiser2! 10/30/20. Slightly hazy amber, large fizzy white head, good retention. Kinda corny aroma from a distance. Up close the aroma is hay, creamed corn, bready malt. Taste is honey, toast, white bread, piney hops, corn. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness. Past its prime.

Pint can, WW. Hazy gold with a white head. Green grasses and leaves, dandelion, hint of lemon zest. Taste is toasted malt, cracker, brown leaf. Grainy and gritty; feels like there's a film on my teeth.. Not my thing.
