Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a clear deep gold colored body that has thin copper hued edges and supports a thin ring of off white bubbles. The aroma offers up an acidic lemon like note, some wood and then growing soft fruity sourness. The taste delivers a pleasing notes of acidic citrus, a cool blend of cracker, hay and woodiness and then some soft fruity sourness. This works great.

Shig share. Thank you sir. Stemless wineglass at home. Hazy, honey gold, bit of settled sentiment, ring of lingering fluff. Good yogurt, drippy honey, clay & black pepper nose. Slight bit of leather & warm cheese at the end. Taste is leather & high acid, but with a medium sweet-tart, wild grape middle on some wood. Finish is some vinegar, gum, earthy malt, significant oxidation. Frothy but thin, a little boozy. The honey adds a lot of aromatics & flavor. Pretty damn nice.

Bottle: Poured coppery orange with no head. Aroma is funky, fruit, very woodsy, floral. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity, floral, vinous like wine, oak.

2020 harvest, damn delicious Riesling notes and apricot notes blend. Sweet dry funk. I love the contrasting blend and perfect tiny bubble carb. Thanks Carl !

Bottle thanks to Brian. Pours ruby with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is floral, cherry skin, oak. Thin body, tart cherry, oak, funky, light acidity, very good.

Super jammy stone fruit again, sweet peach rings galore. Feels more sour than the previous batch though, maybe I rustled the lees too much. Still delicious. Thanks Carl !

Bottle from my parents: pours gold with white head. Aroma is vinegar, agave, not too much tequila. Taste is super sour, lightly sweet. Some agave. Minimal barrel.

Reminds me a bit of SARA upfront, really nice saison, with a lingering citrus finish. If the acidity was lower on the finish maybe perfection but otherwise fantastic. Thanks Carl !
