Hazy beige, thin head, light tartness, rye barrel slides into the finish. It’s subtle though, they pulled the beer at the right time. Probably monitored it very closely. Nicely done, slight acidity and a touch of residual sweetness for balance.

Quite pale, slight haze, thin head. Oaky nose with herbaceous hops and that hing note I get sometimes…it’s a yeast thing and one day I’ll figure it out.

Slight haze, pale amber. Thin head. Earthy hop profile, mellow biscuity malts. Light acidity, rounded balanced character. The brett cuts what could be excessive biscuity notes.

Pale blonde with a thin head. Bretty nose with bright lemon, ginger and stone fruit hops. Lean, some more lemony hop notes, bretty, nice tannins from the tea. Excellent.

Blonde with slight haze. Thick head. Aroma has some pedio and a bit of brett. Fairly dry, crackery pale malts, light brett & pedio again, maybe more on that lean brett character.

Dark red with just a thin head. Vinous aroma, deep fruit on the palate, touch of brett, lots of tannins, a kiss of sweetness before a nice off-dry finish.
