375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite dank, with lots of cat piss, tropical notes, pot-like hops, and subdued rustic notes. Flavour is likewise more like an IPA than a saison, with dank hops, some classic citra notes, and farmhouse notes. Like Bobbi, this seems more like an IPA with some farmhouse notes than a saison that's been dry-hopped. Good stuff.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is on the earthy side, with rustic saison yeast and some earthy notes. Flavour is earthy and rustic, with a dry, earthy rustic character and just a hint of tartness. It's a bit dull on the finish. Pleasantly dry but not a lot depth. Very good overall.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of dank hops upfront, with some rustic saison yeast, and a bit of barnyard funk. Flavour is quite powerful on the dank hops, which almost overpower the saison elements, though there is some barnyard character in back. Well-constructed but almost more of an IPA with some saison yeast than a hoppy saison.

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma reveals a really nice rustic saison yeast character, soft flaky wheat, and a gentle barnyard character. Flavour has a great rustic saison yeast, some spicy, peppery notes, and a nice farmhouse funk. Spicy, rustic and fairly dry with plenty of complexity and depth. Excellent.

Capped 750 from Tavour. Pours translucent orange gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of rye and arguably citrus. Med body or better. It's tart/sour in a very moderate way; a little peppery. Good amount of rye. Fairly dry. Not so much bitter as constructed to oppose malt. Salt came out towards the finish. Different and delicious.
