Gdamn this is great, from a tiny bottle + a new brewery, big surprise. Fantastic yeast profile, citrusy funky nose, crisp tight lemony finish. Thanks Andy K. ! Great stuff on the way from these guys I imagine.

750ml at Alex's in Seattle. Appearance: hazy straw with a white head. Aroma: gin botanicals with oak notes. Taste: along the lines. Overall: good one.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong floral, funky, straw. Medium body, lemon zest, funky, nice tartness, juicy, very nice.
